Protse Primary School, which is running through the highest crisis & we are trying to provid good place for the hundreds of students every year

We would like to invite international schools and students from all over the world for the support of rural village school of Nepal in Eastern part of Nepal and southern part of Everest region which are underserved community where people are longing for a way to contribute to their fundamental right for education.

There are millions of needs to be addressed in every single rural community of Nepal. But beyond all needs we are addressing the need of quality education as we genuinely believe that education will bring a social change.  

With the help from the different international school’s students from all across the world, today our school supports grades 1 through 10, including the needy maintainace of physical parts, schools uniforms, reading materials, a computer lab with Internet connnection, quality teaching training.

TSW School to School program AIMS to enhance the quality of education delivered to the children of Rural Nepal by providing funds for on-going needs of the schools and through international volunteerism.

TSW School to School program AIMS to create a meaningful connection between students, educator, and parents of different parts of the world with those of Rural Nepal.

TSW School to School program AIMS to connect a particular school in the mountains of Nepal with at least one American school providing a safe and inspiring environment for American youth and adults to enjoy travel, volunteering and education for the meaningful life experience of international students and to demonstrate a sense of self efficacy.  In the process, it allows them to improve their own world.

 In this regards we shall provide the background material (for example, photos, details about the region, the number and ages of students enrolled in the school) so that your school can interact with the particular school in Nepal. With these details we hope that your students will feel inspired to raise funds for the education of Nepalese students that will ultimately improves the lives of thousand’s of students over the year and year.

This project is inspired from an earlier project for the school by the school since 2006 in the Lower Solu-Khumbu (Everest) region of Nepal with some international students. We were able to deliver some lasting results through our earlier work that was completed. Information about particular schools in this region is now ready to be sent out to interested schools.

Outcomes

Our mission is to ensure a long term relationship between your school and a specific school in Nepal. We would hope for a minimum three-year support cycle. During this time there will be ample opportunities to develop a relationship with the students in Nepal, exchanging images, letters and news. You will be informed as to how your funds are being spent. In the long term it might even result in a group of your students (together with teachers and parents) visiting Nepal and trekking to your school.

Fundraising

Whatever funds your school raises will make difference in the education of Nepalese children.

The funds raised will be used to address the specific needs of each school, in Nepal itself. The materials may include teacher salary, teaching materials, stationery, or help with the physical environment (school construction) and maintenance of the school.  Purchase of materials locally helps to support the Nepalese economy as well as ensuring the materials are appropriate.

If you have time you can come to the village and volunteer in the areas of your interests for any length of time such as teaching, health, environment, vocational education and construction etc.

At last but not least

Join us and help us to build educated societies that are positive and inspiring. In return to helping these rural people endowed with amazingly diverse natural resources but facing human poverty and distress today, you will be loved by these people, you will explore the world with very little money, and you  will advance your knowledge, interests, and goals of your own. This is a school of knowledge and philosophy that provides you with and opportunity to contribute with knowledge and skills of your own to the people of Nepal. This life changing experience will remain with you as a treasure for the rest of your life.

Through our earlier efforts, we have come to gain reasonably strong understanding of the need of the people of the area. If you are the one to be part of this contribution and would like to make a positive contribution toward transforming the lives of these people using a long term and sustainable approach, we are here to welcome you.
